Evacuations ordered in Herriman following explosion of buildingĀ

HERRIMAN — Residents within a 1-mile radius of a Domino’s Pizza location in Herriman were evacuated as a precaution due to a potential gas leak in the area late Saturday, the Herriman Police Department posted on Facebook.

Police were at the location, at 5200 W. 13400 South, investigating after a vehicle crashed into the building that had allegedly resulted in an explosion and a structure fire, the post said late Saturday.

The roof of the structure was blown off in an apparent explosion that was caught on video and posted on X.
